Simon Roland BDS(Lond) LDS RCS(Eng)has been the owner and principle of the practice since 1977.

He qualified second in his year at UCH London in 1972 and won the American Association of Endodontists prize for outstanding ability. He is a fully accredited dentist to the American Embassy, the American School and many other Embassies and High Commissions in London.

He has been a past President of the London Dental Study Club and London Dental Fellowship. He has been Chairman of Judges for the Dentistry Awards (The Dental Oscars), has contributed numerous papers and articles to the dental literature and press and spoken on Dental matters on local and national TV and Radio and lectured in the UK, Europe and Africa.

He became a trustee for the dental charity Bridge2Aid in November 2008. With other dental volunteers, he has travelled to Tanzania to teach local community health workers in remote rural areas how to undertake basic emergency dentistry.

He is married to Jessica and has three daughters.

Dr Glenn Tollett qualified at UCH London in 1980. As joint top student in his year he was awarded The American Association of Endodontists prize for outstanding ability and position of Professorial House Surgeon to the Dean of UCH with special interest in restorative dentistry. A year on the Maxillo Facial team at UCH and Great Ormond Street Hospitals followed before entering General dental practice where he continues to have a special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry including Implants.

He has been both Hon Secretary and President of the London Dental Study Club and is currently an active member of the Dental Society of London. He is an accredited dentist to the American School, The Humana Wellington Hospital, various film studios and a number of Embassies in London.

Glenn has been a keen musician from the age of five gaining a scholarship to the Royal College of Music to study piano and composition. A founder member of the 70's rock group "The Enid" He now composes music for TV and film and is currently preparing the score for a stage Musical which has been performed at The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts. A keen cyclist, sailor, skier and fly fisher. He is married to Barbara, a GP and has two sons.

Dr. Duncan Grant B.Ch.D has a special interest in endodontics (root canal treatment) & has worked in private practices in Knightsbridge & Holland Park. Dr. Grant uses the most advanced techniques and instruments available for his work.

He graduated in Leeds in 1987, with distinction in Clinical Dental Surgery and received the” Leign Gold Medal” in Dentistry. Due to his exceptional experience in endodontics, Dr. Grant is responsible for all root canal related work and is a key member of the team at Roland and Tollett Dental Practices.

In his spare time he is a semi-professional saxophone player and can be seen in events across London.

Dr Guy McLellan is our dental implant surgeon.

Guy McLellan is doubly qualified in both dentistry and medicine and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has over 10 years’ hospital experience including training in ENT and plastic surgery and has held an Honorary Consultant post in Oral Implantology at Charing Cross Hospital where he has run the dental implant clinic.

His experience in implants dates back to 1994 and includes extra-oral implants to retain facial cosmetics/reconstruction following facial cancer surgery as well as intra-oral cancer rehabilitation and facial deformities such as cleft lip and palate. He continues to work as a member of the Cranio-Facial team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. In private practice he limits his practice to surgical implantology and augmentation procedures including complex intra-oral and extra-oral grafting. He is a mentor for Nobel Biocare and is actively involved in Implant education.

He is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI), the European Association of Osseointegration and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is a mentor for Nobel Biocare and the ADI.

In his spare time he is a keen sportsman in particularly in Triathlons.

Kim King-Lewis. Kim qualified as a Dental Hygienist at Edinburgh in 1979 and has been with us since 1988. Coming from dental stock in Newcastle via South Africa, she originally trained as a bilingual secretary before finding her chosen path.

In her spare time she is an ardent traveller and a keen sailor escaping whenever and wherever she can for a yearly foreign adventure and sailing in Majorca with her GP husband Peter as often as possible!

Sarah qualified as dental hygienist from Leeds Dental Institute in 1994. She has gained a wealth of experience from her early days in the North of England to her current position in London.

Sarah’s patience and gentle but thorough care is renowned amongst her patients and she prides herself on motivating them to continue the good work outside of the practice.

In her spare time she is a keen athlete, loves to run and has completed several London Marathons for charity.

Frances graduated from Cardiff Dental University in 2015

She is keen to further her studies with particular interests in special care and oral health promotion.

Frances enjoys competing her horse Scarlett with British Eventing as well as doing show jumping, dressage and drag hunting. She regularly volunteers within her sport to help secure its future. Frances also enjoys playing lacrosse, travelling and skiing.

Lynn Samuels has been Dr Tollett's dental nurse for over 20 years. She trained at the Eastman Dental Hospital qualifying in 1980. She specialised in Hospital Paediatric nursing and Prosthetics and retrained as a nursery nurse when her own children were young.

On leaving the Hospital sector Lynn entered private practice in Harley Street before joining Glenn. Since then she has trained as both an Implant nurse and IV sedation assistant and works with our in house Endodontist.

She is fully trained in CPR and attends regular CPD courses to keep up to date.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and riding her horse Harvey and walking her dog.

Lindsey Vincent is Simon Roland's Dental Nurse she joined our practice on 2003 and works with our in-house experts. She has been in dentistry for 30 years ago.

Lindsey has nursed at Great Ormond Street Hospital, British Airways and Private practices in London. Competent in all aspects of dentistry including Implantology and Endodontics she continues her training in CPR and CPD.

Lindsey is a great cook and animal lover.

Camelia Rahoui is our Practice Manager she has over 8 years experience in dentistry and with her warm and friendly nature she will ensure that you have a wonderful experience.

As our Practice Manager Camelia ensures the smooth daily running of our practice and supports our team in delivering the very best patient care. Camelia is available for any advice or support regarding general enquiries, treatment or complaints.

Camelia has a profound love for the outdoors and travelling. She enjoys visiting family, horse riding and keeping fit as well going to the movies. She is also studying Management in her spare time.
